We provide placement services to people with disabilities who are referred by Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Counselors in Indiana and in Kentucky.

If you have a disability and you are not already working with VR, call us today and we will introduce you to the VR office nearest you.  Once you apply for VR services, and are found eligible, you can request a referral to Goodwill for services.

Our agency has been serving this area since 1935 and, if you are a person with a disability referred by VR, we can help you:

2010 Selected Outcomes
Mission-based services to were provided to 814 individuals. The primary focus of Goodwill's program is to assist people in obtaining and maintaining employment. Although the recession and climbing unemployment rates in our local communities have made finding and keeping a job more challenging; on average, our clients were placed in 32 hour a week jobs that pay $8.65 an hour last year.

Another key element of program success is satisfaction with our program services. Our clients expressed high levels of satisfaction with our program (mean scores ranged from 4.70 to 4.93 on a 5 point scale). Employer satisfaction was surveyed in 2009 and the results show a high to very high level of satisfaction (mean scores ranged from 4.76 to 5.0 on a 5 point scale).
